Shipping and Regional Coverage
International buyers should note that shipping policies vary by destination. Common routes include deliveries to Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. Standard shipping times typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on customs clearance. Always check if your region qualifies for free shipping thresholds, which often apply when order values exceed a certain amount.
Returns and After-Sales Support
The company maintains a robust return policy for damaged or incorrect items. Customers usually have a window of 7 to 14 days after delivery to initiate a claim. Proof of purchase and photos of the received goods are required for processing. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within one billing cycle.
