How to Use Seasonal Promotions
During specific periods such as autumn, retailers may offer promotional codes. While current details suggest an “AUTUMN” code might be available until October 14, 2026, always verify validity on the checkout page. Enter the code in the designated discount field before finalizing payment. Note that some items may be excluded from promotions, so review terms carefully.
Shipping and Returns Overview
Toys R Us HK typically supports cross-border shipping to neighboring Asian markets. Delivery times vary by location, generally ranging from 5 to 10 business days. The return policy usually allows exchanges or refunds within 30 days, provided items are unopened and in original packaging. Keep receipts and order confirmations for smooth processing.
Shopping Tips for Global Buyers
Consider bundling smaller items to optimize shipping costs. Check for clearance sections where older stock is marked down significantly. For high-value collectibles, compare prices with local distributors in your region to ensure you are getting the best deal after factoring in potential customs duties.
